Kniesel's Collision - Rancho Cordova

My first experience with this shop was fantastic! Crystal and Angel are friendly, welcoming and made the experience smooth and easy. My ride looks amazing after the repair. Will definitely come back here if I need other work done. Gracias!

I took my truck in to have a big stretch fixed, not only was it done within 15 mins but did not cost me. The service is amazing and works with you and your needs. I will make the drive to use then again. I highly recommend them ❤️

I had some minor damage to my right front fender. I stopped by the Rancho Cordova location to get an estimate for the repair. When the gentleman saw the damage, instead of giving me an estimate he asked if I had a few minutes to wait while he attempted to fix the damaged fender. It took him about 10 minutes and the fender looks as good as new. When I asked how much I owed for the repair, he just smiled and said No Charge. That is what I call Customer Service

The work was great. They were quick and efficient. It was effortless for me. The car was ready before I thought it would be. They even noticed some paint issues from bird droppings that they are going to help with when I bring it back in.
