Water Heater Pros

We just had our new heat pump HW Heater installed. I can’t say enough good things about the company and the techs. From the bid to the install, everything was smooth as butter. The price was great, everyone was professional, courteous and explained all steps thoroughly. Ours was a tough job as the quarters were tight, but there were no complaints and the end result looks great. Great work! And a special shout out to Bobby and Alberto who did the install: awesome team! Thank you!

Our technician Carlisle was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently to remove our old gas water heater and replaced it with a new one. All of the soldering joints were pristine. He brought everything back up to code and left the area better than he found it. Would definitely recommend water heater pros. They came out the same day, were reasonably priced, and had courteous staff/technicians. Thank you!

Water Heater Pros are phenomenal! Called right when they opened and was able to get same water heater replacement. Bobby was awesome, super knowledgeable, friendly and installed a beautiful new water heater. He went over every step of the process that was going to take place and answered all my questions. Thank you Bobby & Water Heater Pros 😊 -Chantelle C.

5 stars all around to the entire staff- Steve the manager who came to my home to discuss replacement options and educate me on all the questions I had, to Alberto M. Who installed the unit. Both of these fine individuals were patient and clear with the details of the project up front. No surprises at all, we went over the plan at the start of the install with Alberto, and that’s what was done-and quality at that! I would no hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family!! See photos from my old unit to the new tankless-on demand. Pretty cool for a hot water heater if I say so myself…and the ability to control from your phone and have a programmable built in hot water reci…

Amazing customer service! I randomly called from google search. Four minutes into our conversation I knew the owner was a genuine person. They were able to come right away & was prompt, if not early for both appointments. I had to replace my water heater & was given 3 recommendations by them with specs in an email so I could see what it looked like & research the options, helping me feel confident . I chose the 1 that was recommender by the owner. The installation was thorough & way more than I expected. They put a pan under water heater in case there was ever a leak. They put new pipes & strapping and this unit is more secure & safe than my last one was. I’m so grate…
